During the second day of Northeast Atlanta Ballet’s production of The Emperor and the Nightingale, I had a lobby monitor playing our rough-cut footage of the previous day's production. Dancers gathered, jaws dropping, soft “wows” and delighted smiles filling the lobby area. It’s moments like that, watching live magic replayed that reminds me why I do this work.
